From India to China and Italy, we “Share the Strength”

 

Birla Carbon, the world’s leading sustainable manufacturer and supplier of carbon black, teamed up with BrightHouse to uncover their unique purpose. Their purpose, “Share The Strength” speaks to their international collaboration and community, which sets them apart and makes them strong. Our task was to bring this purpose to life through film: how interconnected and seamless Birla Carbon is in the passing and handing off tools, knowledge, and talent, despite the miles between them.

My Roles

  • Lead producer for international 3-week production in India, China, and Italy.

  • Planned all schedules, travel and shoots according to shot list and in collaboration with local client contacts.

  • Location scouted from overseas.

  • Collaborated with local production company in China to follow China’s filming laws.

  • Led crew of four each day through every country and coordinated all transportation, lodging, craft services, location access, and talent releases.

  • Lead liaison with local clients.

  • With a go-getter’s mindset, running on intuition and negative sleep, navigated foreign countries and produced magic.
